On tap at the SD Taproom 9th anniversary on 02/27/16.
Pours opaque black. The roasted dark malt and cocoa are complimented by the subtle port barrel sweetness. A slightly dry and bitter finish. Very good.

Black liquid, brown and purple almost thin head. Aroma was sweeter than expected, still a substantial amount of roast bursts through.
Taste had too much sweetness, too much dark fruit current vibe to it. Lots of roasted chocolate malt. Just a muddled thing, not very much my cup of tea. Imagine like a shitty, but sugar sweet brandy barrel, thats what this came off like, and you know, port.
