A: Massive citrus, overpowering lime with a bit of lemon.
A: Straw colored, hazy, with a thin film of head.
T: Overpowering Lime upfront, followed by light grain with a touch of bitterness on the finish.
M: Light bodied and light carbonation.
O: Way too much lime. The Kaffir lime aroma and flavor overpowers the lemon and other components of the beer. Great concept, but needs some refinement.
