Gose aged in tequila barrels. My favorite gose so far. Upon opening, smell tequila immediately. Tastes of tequila barrels too. Not hot at all though. Really loved this beer. I am a big tequila drinker though. I could see people not liking this. If you like tequila, get this. Modern Times nailed true tequila flavor in this beer. Outstanding!

Bottle.
A: Lots of mango pith, very little guava, with a moderately strong tequila barrel spice with a slightly sharp sourness and very light salt.
A: Bright orange color, opaque, with a fluffy white head that quickly dissolves into the glass.
T: Upfront mango with fairly noticeable guava on the back-end, followed by a tequila barrel spice. There is a slightly
sharp sourness with a touch of acidity and light salt.
M: Medium-light bodied with high carbonation
O: Super tasty. Mango is a difficult ingredient to work with and the beer has lots of mango aroma and flavor that’s complimented by the guava. As the beer warms you get lots of tequila barrel character and is quite expressive. Interesting take on a gose and quite easy to drink at that!

Sampled at CBC 2016 - day 2. Dry, with notes of cucumbers, lemons, gin spices and some tequila if you look for it. Refreshing.
