Great looking. Tastes like a strawberry jolly rancher but its not too intense flavor-wise. It is definitely an easy drinking sour and its not too tart.

A: Moderate strawberries upfront, slightly salty, with a moderately sharp lacto sourness.
A: Red-pinkish color, opaque, with a a small white head that has adequate retention. Light lacing is left in the glass.
T: Moderate strawberries upfront, sweet and slightly tart, lightly salty, with a moderately sharp lacto sourness that lingers through the finish.
M: Light bodied with moderately high carbonation. The beer is sour, but not acidic.
O: Tasty; the aroma has a great strawberry presence and while clean, the lacto sourness is not perfectly clean. However, the taste is very solid with a great strawberry flavor. Very sessionable and refreshing!
