On tap at their main brewery. Solid Dortmunder with crisp, clean flavor. Easy drinking and would order again.

Pours a deep yellowish-tan, perfectly clear with a modest white head and minimal lacing.
The smell is slight sweet floral with a bit of breadiness.
The taste follows with a cracker maltiness and a nice floral bitter finish with a little spice.
The mouthfeel is medium body and carbonation with a long, bitter finish.
Overall, this is very nice and balanced. Good flavors.

Shortly unfiltered medium golden body. Mild freshly cut grass, crisp crackery grain, distinct Pilsner malt sweetness, mild floral and herbal bite. Touch of lemon maybe. A very nice mellow and slight dryness on the finish. Medium lighter body, crisp carb.

Brewery describes this as a "German Style Pale Lager." Clear golden yellow brew with a modest foam. You could call it golden hummingbird nectar of pale wheat. It's also a little tangy.
Very light with a gossamer body. This seems like it belongs in a can. Quite gulpable and nicely made. Modern Times seems to be able to tackle any beer style with success. On tap at the brewery tasting room.
