L: Deep red/some copper. rocky head the quickly fades to nothing.
S: Funk - i get the grape must from the cab. Lands a little flat here.
T: Sour earthiness quickly filled in by the grapes. the grapes then live a layer of sweetness to it. the acidity stays with you. but mostly lives in the background.
F: Light but very flat. I've heard a few people complain about carb issues and I can see where they are coming from.
O: Pretty enjoyable for the most part. The Cab grapes definitely lead the show and offer something worth trying.
