Our 1st-ever hazy DIPA is a thunderous avalanche of hop-sorcery that’s going to crash into your taste buds like a 100-megaton payload of pure pleasure. Boatloads of Citra, Amarillo, and Mosaic hops and fermentation with London III yeast came together to make this beer a tropical marvel, with outrageously tasty notes of passion fruit, tangerine, and stone fruit.

16 oz. can. Hazy deep orange. Smells of tropical fruit, some sweetness, dank notes, and earthy yeasty notes. Tastes sweet with pine, some tropical notes, lots of earthy and almost oniony flavors. Mild bitterness and a moderate dose of booze. Medium heavy. It's tasty, but I don't think I'd go for it again.

Holy shnikeys!! This is the 25 IBU hop bitch slap I never saw coming...
I mean, 25 IBUs? That's like a hoppy pilsner in terms of bitterness, BUT the hops absolutely shine through in a special way thanks to the massive 2x dry hopping.
Anyway, suffice to say that I love this beer. It's a hazy that kicks with hops but still has the pillowy medium to light mouthfeel, the zinginess of hops throughout without ever being "bitter" or piney.
Look - Thicc hazy tannish orange with 1/2" white head and lacing
Smell - massive tropical hop aromas of papaya and pineapple, stonefruits and citrus, dank
Taste - all of the above...huge juicy tropical notes, herbal and dank but dominated by subdued but delicious juiciness
Feel - thick and creamy and smooth with a lower carb but still finishes fresh and somewhat medium to dry
Let's go Modern Times!!!!!!! Legends!! ;)

Can poured into a Modern Times Beer Willi Beecher glass
A: Pours hazy golden amber with a frothy cream white head that slowly settles to a firm layer and laces nicely.
S: Ripe tropical and stone fruit, a touch of melon, juicy citrus, a little resinous pine, light floral notes, biscuity malt, and caramel honey sweetness.
T: Zesty citrus, lime, grapefruit, lemon, and orange/tangerine, tropical and stone fruit, guava, apricot, peach, passion fruit, mango, papaya, and a hint of melon, a touch of pine, floral notes, slightly grassy, biscuity malt, and caramel honey sweetness.
M: A bit on the fuller side of medium body, moderate carbonation, soft on the palate, just a touch of alcohol warmth pokes through.
O: This beer is a little bit of a time capsule for me. I remember getting just a taste out of a can from the MT rep at a tap takeover years ago, hoping that either some cans or a keg would pop up somewhere. They never did, until years later, so I snapped this one up as soon as I saw it land. For 8% it sits a little sweet and the alcohol isn't as well hidden as it could be. I don't doubt this one's changed a bit since its original iteration, let alone how it would have stood out at the time vs now, but it's still a tasty Hazy Double.

Thanks, Chris!
A hazy light orange with a dense off-white head with excellent retention and lacing this looks great. The nose is juicy and fruity with the usual blend of peach, nectarine, papaya, mango, a little hop burn, some oat and malt character. The palate opens fruity and sweet with peach, mango and papaya. Well integrated with pulpy, fruity sweetness. Pineapple. Medium in body and softly carbonated. Yum.

Thank you snrubnivek for this
16 oz can, dated 5/11/20, poured into a teku
A- A murky golden orange with a two finger white head.
S- Stone fruits, pumpkin guts, some citrus.
T- Stone fruits, citrus, touch of tropical fruits, some wet grass, a little dank.
M- Smooth, slightly creamy, medium body.
O- A decent NEIPA but how they hopped this isn’t full working for me. Usually I like the hop combo this has but for whatever reason it’s coming across like a lot of the El Dorado NEIPA I’ve had and they tend to be very hit or miss for me

Pulpy yellow.
Candy orange, pretty prominent.
Mimosa with that strange mosaic finish. A real coup that I find it only slightly offensive. Turbid. Needs another hop to push it flavor wise.
Fine carbonation, pretty viscous
