This pours like fresh white washed yellow paint. It looks smooth and clean, but with a chaotic fluffy white head that drops rings of foam all down the glass.

Crushed chalky candy and tropical fruits dominate the nose. Yogurt, melon, citrus rind, and pine are all equally present.

Same with the taste,along with a bit of funky fruit I can't quite distinguish.

It's smooth and creamy just as its appearance advertises. It is mostly sweet, low in carbonation, but has enough bitterness to seem nearly balanced.

If people are still saying Modern Times hasn't leveled the playing field with the NE scene, they're only fooling themselves. This hits all the marks. Cheers!
