Pours dark orange and murky. Decent white head that sticks around.
Smells sweet like candied fruit and some tropical notes.
Flavor follows with some residual surgary sweetness just hanging around. This is a big thick IPA. It took me a while to drink it. It's the type of beer that makes you only want to have a 1 beer sitting.
If I have a nock in it, that is probably the biggest. It's just so large and the flavor is very intense, that it becomes taxing.
It is all very good though.

16oz can thanks to Steve. Hazy pour, milky pale gold with a small, white frothy head. Aroma is tropical, melon and mango, with a some of the hops coming through. More tropical essence in the flavor, kind of dry with a bit of grit.

A glass of orange juice with a sticky head on it. Smells like grapefruit and pine with some sweet oranges. Thick creamy mouthfeel and great carbonation. Tastes sweet and fruity with citrus and tropical fruits and a great finishing bitterness.

Pours a turbid juice like orange to yellow. Thick white head on medium pour. Nose is bright and fresh. Full of ripe tropical fruit and pine undertones. Taste of fresh cut mango, light pineapple and grapefruit pith. A slight bit of pine and grass as well. Light cracker maltyness to finish. Semi creamy mouthfeel. Huge hoppy presence but very low on bitterness.

Hazy yellow draft to shaker, thickish head and big lacing. Light orange nose. Taste is also orange with a touch of pine, creamy feel and bitter finish. Average carbonation.

On tap at Arch Bridge the other day.
The beer pours the expected hazy amber gold color with good head retention and lacing. On the nose there's considerable tropical fruit, with some light pine and a hint of spruce as well. The flavor profile replicates the nose pretty closely, but with some decent bitterness in the finish. This beer delivers a lot of flavor, with the alcohol very well integrated into the flavor profile. Mouthfeel is soft and fairly full, which I think goes well with this style of IPA. Drinkability is excellent, and the beer carries it's 8.5% abv. very, very well.
Excellent beer from Modern Times. One of the better hazy IPA's had from them.
