This was a fun beer to try. Essentially a pastry DIPA. Sweet sugary strawberry pops out first on the nose and palate, followed by coconut, vanilla and a decent hop bite. It's a fascinating beer to try, and they pull off the pastry IPA here. I enjoyed it enough to finish a full pour, although I'm not sure I would go out of my way to get this one again. Good body, perhaps some lactose on the finish.
