Named for an infamous auto correct error this breathtakingly flavorful imperial stout is the result of our ongoing quest to summit the peak of liquid decadence. Aged for months upon months in fragrant, fruity rum barrels and dosed with liberal amounts of cocoa and raspberries this spellbindingly tasty beverage emerged sporting beautiful flavors and aromas of rum, caramel, dark chocolate, and juicy red berries, all ensconced in a think chewy mouthfeel that brings the whole sensory package home in spectacular fashion. Pro Tip: Let warm up to 55 degrees if you want your socks knocked off all the way.

750ml bottle at annual RIS tasting. Dark, black, oily, small beige head. Roasty, chocolate aroma, some light fruity notes. Berries are more prominent in the taste. Strong, smooth and has a nice hefty bitterness.

650ml bottle, snifter glass. Dark cola brown body, one finger frothy offwhite head, good retention, no lacing. Smell is big rum and milk chocolate, a bit of cocoa and dark chocolate, a bit of dark fruit. The raspberry isn't all that present here. Flavour is massive sweet and boozy rum, which I don't really enjoy in this form. Big rum, a bit of wood, milk chocolate and cocoa. Mild raspberry tartness adds to a dark fruit sweetness on the backend, but more of a brambly type of berry sweetness. Rum on the finish all the way through. Medium bodied, appropriate carbonation, heavy boozy rum on the finish.

Bottle in trade from Seacoast Josh, thanks for the hookup. Dark inky black with a frothy mocha head that persists. Rich chocolate and raspberry jam with hint of rum on the nose. Sweet desert in a glass, this beer is the real deal. Great sipper.

Thick, jet black beer. Head looks a bit purple from the raspberry. Smell is strong with rum and raspberries with a little cocoa in the background. Tastes sweet with a lot of rum and raspberries. The cocoa and a char bitterness comes out in the end. Really great beer.
