This delightfully hazy IPA was built on a base of Talisman pale malt, Maris Otter, flaked oats, and Crystal Light (yes, that’s a malt), and hopped with a king’s ransom of Centennial, Mosaic, & Cascade. Ready your face for a boatload of fresh orange citrus character with intriguing layers of dark berries and pine.

A: Pours super hazy golden amber with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and laces quite nicely.
S: Lively citrus, a little tropical fruit, grassy, almost a bit piney, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Bright citrus, orange, lemon, and grapefruit, a little tropical fruit, mango, peach, and faint papaya, grassy, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, soft on the palate.
O: I've been curious to see how some of the classic hops like centennial and Ccascade play in a NEIPA. Mosaic ties them together nicely.
