Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a one pint can on March 29, 2019. Hazy DIPA brewed with Idaho 7, Nugget, Strata and Experimental 6277 hops. A little light in body for a double.

Initial thought is like my experience while watching my first blue movie. I mean, I know what’s going on here, but do I? And I’ll never forget how I came across that first VHS - 7th grade and from my good friend, Hue whose father had the Spice Channel...
So yeah, when I sip this, I get it - but maybe I’m just not perfectly prepared for it. I’m struggling here, BA’s... I mean, it’s good. But there’s just something that I cannot grasp. It has a huge orange rind taste to it, and then... What?
You know what? I like it. And someday, like the Renaissance, maybe it will be understand.

16 oz can into pint glass
Super sudsy, dark orange brew leaves thick lacing everywhere.
Rindy, citrusy nose, subtle for an MT IPA. Touch of orange zest meets earthy bread.
More complex on the palate, with notes of pit fruit and tropical nuances, ushered in my a smooth, chewy complexion. Notes of orange zest and mango just fade out toward the finish, barely lingering between sips. Pretty damn tasty.

Super smooth mouth feel on this low carbed hazy velvet IPA. Nice (almost absent) bitterness. Color of runny home-grown egg yolk across the white thru a foggy window. Buying as many cans as I can afford.
