Clear amber with a small dose of foam in the big tulip. Fruity aromas. Not as bubbly as one might like. I did not once think of Champagne. Flavor is dried apricot, floral notes, a hint of citrus. Hops are supposed to be Citra and Nelson, though both a used subtly.
This is the classic dry Brut taste. A little malt with the light woodsy pine followed by a touch of astringency in the aftertaste. Less friendly than most other Bruts I've tried. On tap at the 30th Street tastery.
