L: Pours a brilliant copper gold color with a creamy fizzy white head and thick rings of lacing.
S: Notes of marsala and white wine grapes, notes of pepper, some coriander and Belgian yeast, with some crackery bready malt.
T: The notes of white wine grapes, and the marsala wine blend very well with the base saison to create a slightly sweet but mostly dry beer, that is very easy drinking and very flavorful.
F: Smooth medium body, easy drinking.
O: I love how the marsala blends with the rest of the saison.
