This transcendently hazy IPA started with a base of pilsner malt and some flaked & malted oats. Then, we hopped the beejesus out of it with Nelson, Strata, Centennial, & Simcoe hops.

12oz can from Hops & Bottles. Hazy yellow pour, thin foamy head recedes. Aroma is citrusy and dank, split right down the middle. Taste picks up the dank side, adding some tropical fruit, guava and mango, along with a dull bitterness. Creamy feel

The hazy sort-of-amber brew is topped by plenty of foam in the goblet. The slushy mouthfeel with the endless squishy carbonation is the best feature. The aroma is citrus peel with pencil shavings in the nose. Taste is rather dry, which is a nice surprise for a NEIPA. Interestingly this is neither so over-hopped nor orange flavored as typical for this style. Amazingly, the acidity is moderate with just some astringency in the finish to let you know this was conceived behind the outhouse. Overall this is quite sippable, and fortunately there are only 12 ounces. From the an purchased at some specialty beer store. Dated 01/02/24.

On-tap in Middleton. Hazy pale straw with a white head and good lacing. Nice tropical fruitiness and juiciness; grapefruit, orange peel, mild spice and pine rounding it out with a snappy presence reminiscent of Nelson. Lighter malt bill, hops carry the day. Lighter bodied. Good stuff.

Can poured into a Modern Times Beer glass
A: Pours hazy golden amber with a frothy off white head that settles to a firm layer and laces very nicely.
S: Big tropical and stone fruit, dank herbal notes, citrus, some spicy pine, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Opens with a blast of tropical goodness with the Nelson making its presence known, white grape, gooseberry, passion fruit, pineapple, mango, peach, apricot, lychee, and a hint of strawberry, citrus, grapefruit, lemon, and orange, spicy pine, underlying dank herbal notes, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, soft on the palate.
O: I'm all about this one. Great depth of flavor from the hop combo.

Hazy golden yellow. White cream head with full lacing and lasting retention. You can't see through this brew. Aroma is of peach, mango, and passionfruit. Very tropical fruit. Taste is lightly hoppy. Malts are light as well. This is a cozy little ale for the Abv. It finishes clean. Cheers.
