Here's what we did: we blended an absolutely incredible base beer consisting of Modem Tones Aged in Maple Bourbon Barrels, Beastmaster Aged in Bourbon Barrels, and Dragon Mask Aged in Bourbon Barrels. This beer was dosed with an absolutely staggering 55 pounds per barrel of coconut (roughly 1.6lbs per gallon), the majority of which was toasted in-house, with a smaller quantity of raw coconut in the mix as well. You've never tasted or smelled a coconut beer like this before, guaranteed. It is decadent beyond words, rich as the uncle you wish you had, and fragrant like the musk of a tropical god. It's the most obscenely delicious coconut beer we can possibly imagine.

8 ball black with thin a brown edge and no head over its syrupy surface.
This exudes a really nice toasty yet creamy coconut in a viscous yet not too sweet body that finishes with touches of chocolate covered toffee.

Had on tap. The best of the 2021 series in my humble opinion. Oily black body with a brown head. Aroma is near perfection: huge coconut with raw and toasted vibes, vanilla, and nougat all dipped in rich chocolate fudge with a strong barrel backing that just melds together. Taste is not as seamless with the barrel, but all the same players involved. Feel is heavy, full, viscous, warm, smooth and elevated from the adjuncts on the finish. Very rich.

Side by side with the Vanilla Ultra, this is just as over the top, but more drinkable, purely due to personal preference. This smells and tastes like Hersey chocolate syrup blended with coconut oil. Super rich, full, creamy and oily, though there's also quite a bit if fudge and chocolate. Pure coconut palate, rich and intense. Solid.

2019 vintage, served in the proper Ultra glassware. Thick black body, oily, lots of leg. Samoas, big liquid coconut candy bar. Chocolate, light whiskey, touch of brown sugar, even more coconut. Toasted and raw, lingering coconut chocolate ice cream finish. Appropriate carbonation, full bodied, quite sweet.
In 2020, the 2020 vintage is quite similar to the 2019, so drink with confidence.
2021: Pitch black body. The indisputable star of the set. Toasted coconut explodes on the aroma, backed up by barrel vanillin, chocolate fudge and a bit of oak- with more sweet coconut flesh shining on the palate, liquid almond joy. Full body and carbonation.
