Named for an infamous auto-correct error, this breathtakingly flavorful imperial stout is the result of our ongoing quest to summit the peak of liquid decadence. Aged for months upon months in fragrant sherry barrels, this spellbindingly tasty beverage emerged sporting beautiful flavors and aromas of sherry, caramel, and dark chocolate, all ensconced in a thick, chewy mouthfeel that brings the whole sensory package home in spectacular fashion. 22oz bottle poured into a tulip. Serving temp 55F.
Pours black, with a small light brown head, which mostly diminishes.
Nose is mostly sherry.
Flavor is more complex: Sherry, chocolate, red wine, nuts, dark fruit (raisin, date), cast wood.
The feel ties it all together for me. creamy, full bodied, coats the tongue drawing in the tlavors.
Overall a very good beer bordering on excrllent
