A towering marvel of lager-craft, this pils was brewed and dry-hopped with Citra and Perle, yielding a singularly tasty adult beverage experience.

Can poured into a Modern Times Beer glass
A: Pours hazy golden yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a firm layer that hangs around and
S: A bit grassy, tropical and stone fruit, light citrus, slight piney notes, and crackery grainy malt.
T: Initial grassy hit followed immediately by light tropical and stone fruit, passion fruit, apricot, peach, mango, and gooseberry, a little citrus, lemon, lime, and orange, slight herbal pine, a bit grainy, crackery malt, and a rather dry finish.
M: Light body, moderate carbonation, somewhat soft on the palate.
O: I'm torn on how to score this as it feels like the bastard love child of a Pilsner and a NEIPA, coming out as something of a NE Session Lager. Judging it solely by pilsner standards just feels wrong, so best I can do is say it's a pleasant light sipper while looking ahead to warmer days.

Interesting. Unfiltered golden body. Fairly grainy and crackery backbone, lighter grapefruit and floral notes, finishes a little light. Missing something towards the finish, but still pretty solid. Lighter medium body, good carbonation, a touch bitter
