L: A milky pale apricot. Full four-fingers of ivory froth, but with little head retention and some clumpy lacing.
S: Smokey peatiness. White grape must, but not as off-putting as this typically is.
T: Follows the nose plus apricot and weed dankness. Oddly tutti-fruity gum.
F: Nice and smooth overall. Right level carbonation.
O: Interesting and unique. More thought out than I'd give most Modern Times brews.
