Brewed in direct opposition to summer heat, this ridiculously crushable hazy pale started with a grain bill of pilsner malt, malted oats, rye malt, flaked rye, and chit malt. Then we applied extremely liberal amounts of Citra, Strata, and Galaxy hops, resulting in a mouthwatering juice-monster with big aromas of ripe mango and apricot, followed by flavors of peach and passion fruit, all underscored by a hint of rye spiciness that adds a delightful depth to the whole flavor bonanza.

Hazy Rye Pale Ale. It is slightly hazy with plenty of white foam. Aroma of orange and it tastes faintly or orange sherbert with that tangy edge. The rye flavor is subdued but aromatic, rather than the usual emphatic bitterness. The best Rye Beer ever, beautifully spritzy with a lively mouthfeel.

A: Pours hazy golden yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a thin layer and laces nicely.
S: Tropical fruit, stone fruit, slight dank herbal notes, citrus, a little grassy,
T: Tropical and stone fruit, guava, mango, apricot, peach, and passion fruit, citrus, orange and lemon lime, slight grassy herbal dank notes, a little spicy rye, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, soft on the palate.
O: Not sure I've had a NE style with some rye in it before, but it mixes in really nicely. Very tasty brew.
