On tap at the Belmont Fermentorium.
Ugly murky pulpy juice but insane nose with pineapple, passionfruit, guava, fleshy sweet coconut,, insanely decadent, carried on a mildly tart base. As good as the nose is, the palate is just off the chain. So much fruit tempered by coconut. Juicy and sweet with mango, passionfruit, guava loads of pulp but yet remarkably clean. A yogurt like tartness is present but there's also so much coconut to add an oily depth. Medium in body , softly carbonated, this is excellent.
