Appearance: Arrives slightly hazy with a cranberry hue; splashes of mauve lacing
Smell: Tart cherry and peach tones with a blueberry aspect
Taste: Tart cherry and blueberry forward with the peach addIng a stone fruit dimension; lactic sourness builds along with a salty aspect into the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation; hides the ABV
Overall: A well done gose with a surprisingly high ABV and an interesting fruit profile

This has to be the Apex for sour lovers. Sour tempered by a little dankness. Layered, complex. Reminds me of Red Bull but more concentrated.
