We began this utterly exquisite IPA with massive amounts of Mosaic, Rakau, and Simcoe hops, followed by a generous helping of vanilla. Finally, just to be ridiculous, we added huge quantities (understatement) of blackberries and peaches to create a creamy, indulgent spectacle of liquid fruit cobbler magic.

Pours a hazy huckleberry purple with a pinkish-white head. Looks gorgeous in a pint glass.
Aroma is guava, peach, and berries with just a hint of pine.
Flavor is very fresh berry, some really creamy smoothness. Lightly tart. Sweet, but not cloying. Hint of oranges. Lightly bitter.
Mouthfeel has a medium heavy body with moderate carbonation. Very low alcohol presence for 7.8%.
Overall, quite a tasty beer with a fairly low complexity. Would be very nice paired with vanilla ice cream (maybe as a float?).
