Conceived in collaboration with Humble Sea, this beer is a glorious union of two disparate realms. We started with a hazy IPA malt-bill and fermented with lager yeast before lightly dry-hopping with Galaxy. The result is a foggy lager sporting aromas of passionfruit and fresh citrus, with a pillowy soft mouthfeel and lager-like finish. It’s a majestic new beast, and a testament to the combined powers of weird minds.

Pint can into a pint glass. Pour is moderately hazy with an inch of white foam. Notes of citrus and berry are present but not as robust as expected. Pleasant nonetheless. Taste follows with muddled fruit on the finish and a touch of bitterness. Interesting melange of aromas and flavors that seem to morph as the beer warms. Nice carbonation and finish.
Dry finish with a touch of citric bitterness.
Note: Canned 07/19/21

Colab with Humble Sea.
Dry-hopped with Galaxy.
Incredible head retention atop a silver gold oh so hazy body.
Light aroma with more nuances on the sip, a mix of stone fruit—apricots?—and lychee, melon and a touch of pine pith. Very lemony. Some minerality. Crackery malt backbone that’s just fantastic. Easy drinker.

Pours light orange and hazy (not dense) with a small white head.
Small of the pineapple tropical notes you get from galaxy.
Front taste follows the nose. Back end is dry and more bitter. It's kind of like a Galaxy dry hopped pilsner urquell. But you replaced all of the Saaz Czech hops with Galaxy. The Dry finish keeps you coming back.
Pretty good.

Can poured into a Modern Times Beer glass
A: Pours hazy golden yellow with a frothy off white head that hangs around and leaves some nice lacing.
S: Tropical and stone fruit, citrus, grassy, floral, slightly dank herbal notes, hints of pine, crackery malt, and just a touch of sweetness.
T: Grassy, diesel, floral, slightly dank herbal notes, tropical and stone fruit, passion fruit, mango, apricot, and peach, hints of white grape and gooseberry, citrus, lemon, lime, and tangerine, a little pine, crackery malt, and a pretty dry finish.
M: A little on the lighter side of medium body, moderately carbonation, fairly soft on the palate.
O: I believe it was BA's own "honkey" who said they haven't had many really good Galaxy hopped beers recently due to harvesting related quality issues. I realized I'm in that same boat. A few good ones, but most are kinda disappointing, at least compared to what Galaxy beers used to be. This is one of those. Interesting idea, essentially a NE style IPL, and it's got some good things going for it, but something just doesn't feel quite right with how the hops come through. I wouldn't turn it down, but I feel like it could be better.
