Dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin and meticulously layered with Gewürztraminer grape must, this iteration of our funky, foeder-aged saison bursts with funk-laden tropical fruit, white wine, stone fruit, and gentle notes of vanilla-kissed oak.

Clear gold body with a white cap and lazy lacing. Grape must and assertive oak lead the charge in the nose, general grape fruit, peach, and lighthearted funk in the back seat. Taste really gets at the grape must and fruit skins right away, vanillins and oak swoop in to balance, light funk, peach, lemon zest, and pear finish. Very delicate nature, not really sour or tart but generally wild, oak omnipresent.

Sweet and tart, white wine grape, hint of fruity funkiness, and hint of oak barrel nose on this one! Taste follows with a tart and zappy, white wine vibe...that finishes into some subdued Nelson-hop hoppiness! As it warms, some subtle oak barrel comes out on the swallow. This is light and crisp on the palate...this is good!
