650 mL bottle. Black body with no head. Smells of cinnamon, bourbon, and a little roasted malt. Tastes of coffee, cinnamon, bourbon, chocolate, more cinnamon, booze. Rich and chocolatey. Vanilla in the finish. Heavy and boozy, but very tasty. Big and dumb, but really good. Just about the limit of how much cinnamon a beer can have.

650 mL bomber into a tulip
Jet-black appearance...highly viscous brew blankets any attempt at a head or lacing. The nose is, well, coffee cake. Sweet, nutty, vanilla-y, coconut-y. Wow. And the flavors aren’t too far off. Vanilla bean, milk chocolate, sweet biscuits, nuts coming from everywhere.
Rich, super decadent pastry stout. I think some of the hype around these brews is unwarranted, but when they’re like this?

This one pours a fairly dark black color, with a small head, and not much lacing.
This smells like brown sugar, chocolate, roasty coffee, spicy cinnamon, and a bit of bourbon.
This luckily doesn't go completely overboard on the cinnamon, as that's often quite the turn-off for me. There's a lot of sweet, fruity, and roasty coffee here, with a tasty streak of cinnamon throughout. I don't really get much coconut, but I do get some creamy vanilla, and a delicious chocolatey base. There's not a ton of barrel, maybe just a little bit of caramel sweetness.
This is medium bodied, and rich and creamy, with no real booziness to it.
I'm definitely intrigued by Modern Times lately and really want to get more into their ridiculous-seeming stouts.
