This outrageously bomb imperial dessert stout is a blend of bourbon barrel-aged Modem Tones, Suggestion Of Mass, Mega Devil’s Teeth, Dragon Mask and Monsters’ Park that we loaded with exorbitant amounts of wild Thai bananas, raw coconut flakes, vanilla and roasted walnuts. It’s exactly as dope as that sounds. Ready your face for a thunderous blastwave of awesomeness.

Thick oily looking pour, small brown head and an oily film. Nuts, booze, chocolate, banana. It tasted exactly like it smelled. Unfortunately. Thick creamy body, smooth, booze was well hidden despite the aroma. Sickly sweet. Bottle split 4 ways, nobody finished it.

650 mL bottle. Black. Small khaki head. Smells of bourbon, vanilla, fudge, hefty coconut. Tastes of banana, bourbon, vanilla, a little coconut, lots of fudge. Sweet and pretty alcoholic. Nonetheless, I have no problem drinking it. Delicious.

Dark black body, oily brown legs. Chocolate covered bananas soaked in whiskey, a touch of spice and nuttiness. Full bodied, very flavorful but not cloyingly sweet. No doubt its sweet but it is a well balanced pastry banana sweet. Low carb. Outrageous

Was really excited about this as soon as i smelled it. was very reminiscent of fresh baked chocolate chip banana bread and bourbon.
Taste was everything in the nose, banana bread, chocolate, and bourbon. Was a tad sweet but the booze helped cut through it. great beer.

Overwhelming banana character that dominates any other flavors. Get a touch of barrel, but you really miss the walnuts, coconut and vanilla in here. Wish there was a better balance.

Viscously tar black, only a thin dark mocha chain develops around the surface's edge. Despite its lack of traditional appearance, its blackness is mesmerizing.
Good lord! This first and immediate impression is chocolate chip banana bread dunked in charred maple bourbon.
The banana itself is creamy and gooey on the nose, while the bourbon comes in strong and peppery, especially in the exhale, pairing well with the creamy vanilla. The barrel adds an amazing caramelized brown sugar note that creates a sort of bananas Foster character. I wonder if the walnut adds to the maple characteristic I got up front.
The bourbon is so prominent at times that it tastes like a single barrel Willett I just sampled, straight up, but in a really amazing way--whereas it would be too hot for me in other beers, it really helps cut through and add complexity here.
The uber thick yet silky smooth body comes to a tingly dry, prickly warming finish.

22 oz bomber into a snifter
Pitch black color, oily with no head...
Nose is bourbon-caramel forward. Banana and nuts are noticeable...subtleties of coffee and carob.
Flavors follow the nose. Brew has a creamy, milky complexion which makes the whole concoction reminiscent of a banana split. Barrel-aging ushers in a smooth finish, reining in an otherwise treacly flavor profile.
Absolutely decadent, and surprisingly drinkable given the concept and the ABV. Just wow.
