If you’ve been buying our beers, then chances are you’re no stranger to liquid magic, but prepare to be blown away nonetheless by this heavenly explosion of dessert wonderment. The foundation was laid with a blend of Mega Devil's Teeth & Monsters' Park aged for 16 & 17 months, respectively, in domestic brandy barrels (A.K.A. bourbon barrels that were repurposed for aging American brandy). That amalgam was then lavished with dark-roasted Idea Machine coffee, Tahitian vanilla, & Dominican cocoa nibs. When all was said and done, the beer emerged carrying gorgeous notes of brandy, lots of dark fruit & oak, and enchanting accents of coffee & vanilla. It’s simply *chef’s kiss*.

650 mL bottle. Black body. Smells of strong vanilla and brandy with a dark chocolate backdrop. Tastes of vanilla, Brandy and dark fruit, deeper bourbon notes behind it. Sweet chocolate and a little tobacco. Boozy, but not extremely heavy. Very tasty.

Dark black body, very aromatic. Big vanilla and cocoa sweetness that is cut somewhat by the coffee bean. Has a coffee ice cream flavor going on, smooth and creamy full body, a bit of sweet fortified wine on the finish. Definitely a dessert stout. Delish

22 oz bomber into a snifter
Jet-black sludgy brew, huge wafts of booze and vanilla and coffee. Anise on the palate, largely absent in the nose, along with roasted coffee, oak, and a huge wallop of milk chocolate. Long sweet finish, this is as close to tiramisu in a bottle as I’ve had.
