On tap at Cascadia Taphouse
Clean, crisp, floral, snappy, gorgeous Italian pils nose, cracker clean malt. Light key lime and Kafir lime leaf, floral and fruity. The palate opens crisp and snappy, cracker like and with a firm, lemony bitterness, bright and floral but with a mildly oily undercurrent. Drying, bitter, snappy on the finish, a delicious pils.

Pint at Westside Taphouse in West Salem OR.
$6.00.
Pours a slightly chill hazed golden color.
Small clingy white head.
Aroma is pretty traditional. Breaby malts and floral hops.
Taste same .very traditional. Nice light bitterness.
Mouth feet is right on for the style.
A good pilsner

A: crystal clear; pale gold in color; 1 finger finely pored white head that receded to a wispy cap; OK lacing;
S: grass, leaves, a little floral;
T: very little flavor; there's a sweetness throughout that, due to the lack of other flavors, is out of balance; very mild bitterness at the end;
M: light bodied; light carbonation; moderately dry finish;
O: the flavor just wasn't good;

Clear golden body. A touch of straw, bready grain, biscuit and maybe a touch of honey. Not particularly complicated, reasonably clean with a lighter medium mouthfeel, mild floral bitterness on the finish. Good carb, easy drinking with a mild bready finish
