This tasty Berliner is basically orange sherbet in liquid form, with blood orange puree, dried sweet orange rind, and vanilla. Prepare for magic.

This one pours a light and dull orange-ish color, with a small head, and a little bit of lacing.
The appearance and now the aroma of this one shows that this was not intended to be a big smoothie-style sour. It’s more subtle than that, with some lemon and hay funk, and just a touch of vanilla sweetness. There’s citrus and orange, but I’m not exactly sure that this approximates an orange creamsicle all that well. It’s tasty, but I wouldn’t have guessed thus inspiration blind.
This is light bodied, crisp, slightly creamy, and relatively clean, with a nice drinkability to it.
This isn’t quite the gargantuan flavor attack I expected from Modern Times. It’s still nice though.
