Poured from bottle. Deep brown color and moderate lacing. No head. Smell is bourbon bourbon bourbon. Flavor is heavy on the bourbon side and not much of the Applejack. Very strong, but mellowed out slightly when room temperature. Moderate mouthfeel. This beer needs to sit awhile. It was way too strong fresh. If you have one, give it 6-9 months at least.
