Prepare for a life-altering flavor expedition. 2-row, golden naked oats, wheat, and flaked oats set the stage for base for a soul-stirringly graceful dance by Mosaic, Motueka, El Dorado, and Vic Secret hops. The final beer is an absolute showstopper, with notes of lemon-lime, watermelon, and subtle pine that move in perfect synchronization across the palate. Don’t be alarmed if consumption elicits a little jig of your own.

Appearance: Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a bubble show that produces the full three fingers; excellent retention with plenty of lacing action
Smell: Papaya and pineapple with a hint of melon; grassy, herbal tones offset the sweet side
Taste: Melon flavors forward with the papaya and pineapple adding some sweet, tropical notes; stone fruit elements also complement; lemon/lime citrus and grassy/herbal bitterness build, after the swallow, and I do detect some watermelon in the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: A lot of interesting elements in this NE IPA; I am really pleased with it

Very nice bright orange with a pillowy head. Visually cloudy.
Fresh fruit of oranges and some pineapple.
Bitter hops which I like, pine and nice juice taste.
Chewy feel, good balance.
Worthy 9f a full 4 pk.

Can poured into a Modern Times Beer Willi Beecher glass
A: Pours hazy golden amber with a frothy eggshell white head that settles to a firm layer and laces nicely.
S: Fruit punch, tropical and orchard fruit, a little melon, citrus, a touch of pine, faint floral, grassy, and herbal notes, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Tropical and orchard fruit, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, peach, apricot, pear, cherry, plum, and a watermelon that comes out on the back end, citrus, lemon, lime, and grapefruit, a little resinous pine, slight grassy herbal notes, biscuity malt, and a little caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, soft on the palate.
O: I usually pause when I see El Dorado listed in the hop used because it can be super pungent and I'm not the biggest fan of the flavors it throws. Here though, it's blended in quite nicely with the other hops and plays nicely. Overall a nice beer and a solid way to close out this year's rotating IPAs. Nicely balanced with just the right amount of IBUs to keep all that fruit in check.

Bought a can of this beer at the local grocery store. Nice can art.
Poured into a tulip glass. Bright hazy yellow color with nice fluffy head and good curtain lacing. Decent smell and taste. Pineapple and grapefruit. Overall, good beer, sort of standard for the style.
