We got together with our buds at Tarantula Hill to do a west coast DIPA of epic proportions! The simple malt bill of 2-row, Extra Pale Premium Pilsner, with a touch of Crystal 15 is accentuated by Mosaic for bittering, a 30 and 15 minute Chinook addition, and 2:1 whirlpool hopping of Idaho 7 and Talus. The dry hop consists of Talus (during fermenation), Riwaka, Mosaic, and Idaho 7.

Pours a translucent darker straw gold color. A finger of white foam reducing to a ring and plenty of lacing. Aroma is dank hop, lemon rind, grass, and pine. Taste follows suit. Very crisp and refreshing feel. Good beer.
