16oz can mfg date 11/04/21 into a Spiegelau glass.
Pours hazy medium orange with a soapy 2 inch white head with a tight center cap. Lightly carbonated, average head retention to thin skin and edge foam. Some random skeletal lacing.
S: Pineapple, orange, peach, light spearmint, citrus zest, a hint of white bread. Moderate scent of alcohol as the beer warms.
T: Thin OJ, tangerine, light lemon zest, melon rind and subtle pine in it's finish which has a med-long linger and a touch of sour citrus at the very end of the finish as well. Moderately sweet and no real malt profile to speak of.
F: Semi-juicy and a gently crisp rounded med-bodied mouthfeel with a med-length refined gently drying finish.
O: A hop forward DIPA with citrus notes driving it's aroma and taste. The ABV is fairly well masked in the palate. It is quite refreshing, easy drinking and is excellent in it's style.
