We loaded this delicious barrel-aged imperial stout with an abundance of cocoa nibs, house-roasted Black House coffee, almonds, Madagascar vanilla, piloncillo, and cinnamon. It’s a big, rich, delightful drinking experience that sings with notes of Mexican mocha, bourbon, and oak.

Bomber at share. Dark brown pour with a thin beige head. Roasty aroma, chocolate, cinnamon. Taste is deep and rich, chocolate and cinnamon, almonds. A little bit of the bourbon barrel shines throughout.

Dark black body. Big chocolate and cocoa. Roasty coffee, mild sweet amaretto and a bit of nuttiness. Mild warming whiskey heat. Full bodied, good carbonation. Sweet but the coffee helps balance it out some.
