If you were wondering when we were going to make a macadamia nut cookie in liquid form, wonder no longer. This magical mélange of barrel-aged Imperial Stouts was racked onto house-roasted Shadow Party coffee beans, Papua New Guinea vanilla beans, toasted coconut, and roasted Hawaiian macadamia nuts. It’s a rich, complex liquid confection with lots of vanilla and coffee throughout, and we think you’re going to be super glad you got some.

22oz bottle poured into a snifter
Pours thick jet black with a thin khaki colored head that has short retention. Smells of chocolate icing, brownie batter, vanilla bean, toasted coconut and earthy espresso. Taste is very sweet up front with notes of chocolate icing & brownie batter, followed by undertones of vanilla cream and light coconut. The finish gives some earthy espresso with more sweet chocolate icing. Heavy body with moderate carbonation leads to a creamy mouthfeel and a syrupy finish. Definitely a dessert beer, as I couldn't drink more than 6oz before it became cloying.

Bottle at share. Dark, creamy pour, thin beige head. Sweet, sticky aroma with chocolate, coconut, coffee and vanilla. Taste brings lots of marshmallow, nutty flavors, coconut and coffee. pretty damn sweet.
