This hazy & irrepressibly delicious work of haze-craft was created in conjunction with the venerable and immensely talented Oregon beer-whisperers at Ninkasi. Starting with a base of pilsner malt, oats, and wheat and added a massive dose of Mosaic hops to the mix, along with HBC 586 & Strata. The finished product is a thunderous eruption of mango and citrus underscored by big notes of berry and stone fruit. We’re pretty psyched about it.

16oz can from The Grapevine. Pale straw color, hazy, thin white head. Aroma is light citrusy notes. Taste is lemon curd, biscuity malts. Grassy notes.
