22 oz bomber into a snifter
Another gem edition, hopefully they can keep these going as they start contracting with Alesmith.
Bourbon-forward nose, super oaky, butterscotch.
Distinct notes of molasses on the palate, enveloped by a deep oaky overtone. Hints of fig and carob lead to an almost cola-like, medium finish. Medium complexion, light for the style, which might be tricking my palate into the cola thing. Whatever’s going on, it’s delicious.

Look - black and thick slight tan head
Smell - roasted malt slight dark fruit
Taste - basically like the smell, but you get some barrel and booze
Feel - full body with a lighter carb
Overall - pretty basic but pretty good.

Bottle at share. Another stellar outing in this series. Slick black pour, ring of tan head. Aroma and taste are lush sweet roasty malts, notes of vanilla, and the bourbon stands out prominently. Smooth AF.
