An affogato inspired imperial stout with a heavy dose of Dominican Republic cocoa nibs, Ugandan vanilla, and our house-roasted Idea Machine Coffee beans.

Bomber at share. Black pour, thin layer of beige head. Aroma is chocolate, roasty with some cofffee accents. Taste has te coffee pick up a bit, mixed with te chocolate and a little vanilla. Bourbon notes and associated booziness throughout. Crea,y, silky feel.

Undated bottle, drank 2/25/23 @ Hannah & Kenser's.

Black/brown appearance.

Almost no dark ta head; almost no lace.

Light roast coffee bean, artisan chocolate & vanilla notes in the nose; some bourbon heat too.

Medium thick, smooth mouthfeel.

High quality coffee & chocolate flavors up front; creamy vanilla & mild bourbon heat on the finish.

I'm not real big into pastry stouts these days...but yowza, this was good.

22 oz bomber into a snifter

Dark brown ale, viscous with no visible carbonation or head.

Super decadent nose, lots of pastry aspects. Not picking up a ton of coffee, more like German chocolate cake.

Which follows on the palate…I’m actually pleasantly surprised, I was expecting a coffee bomb, and there is a good wallop, but it works to balance the onslaught of vanilla and cocoa. Oaky, hints of toffee toward the finish, which is relatively short.

Absolute knock out brew. One of the more drinkable out-and-out pastry stouts I’ve imbibed.

Pours black. The nose is vanilla, bourbon, chocolate, and coffee. The taste follows the nose. Vanilla bomb!! Coconut, coffee, chocolate, bourbon, milk, and some nice dark fruit. The mouthfeel is thick and creamy. Overall, an amazing stout.
