750 mL bottle into a tulip
Rose petal-purple brew, oak-aged in Cabernet barrels, with Cabernet Franc must added. Nice tart nose with some layering funk and a ton of oak.
Lots of tannins on palate, with cherry nuances and general pit fruit. Simultaneously dry and sweet - it’s a lot like Russian River’s Supplication.
Too bad things were so turbulent at the brewery the time this was made; it’s a total banger.

Bomber at share. Ruby colored pour, small pinkish head. Aroma is tart and fruity, berries, currants, grapes. Taste is sour, the same fruitiness as the aroma, minor barrel notes as well.
