3 years, 3 barrels, limitless pleasure. We took the last three versions of our beloved Wizard Blend imperial stout and aged them in 3 different bourbon barrels from 3 distinct-yet-equally-revered Kentucky distilleries. Expect a dark, chocolaty maelstrom of barrel character and breathtaking complexity worthy of our most esteemed Partygoers. So many threes.

This one pours a very dark black color, with a small head, and a little bit of lacing.
This smells quite oaky, with deep dark chocolate, tobacco, roasted malt, coffee, and vanilla.
As is expected for how much barrel time all of the various components of this blend, this is quite barrel heavy, in a great way. It’s a little bit boozy and warming, with tons of dark chocolate, some caramel, leather, and tobacco, with some light licorice and coffee notes.
This is medium bodied, very creamy, and pretty thick. It’s a slow sipper due the intensity of barrel character.
This beer is quite an achievement in barrel aging and blending. I like it a lot.
