Passion fruit and tangerine are abundant in this stellar hazy hop bomb. We used nigh-on-ridiculous amounts of Galaxy, Simcoe, Idaho 7, and Riwaka hops to craft this shockingly tasty and incredibly crushable beverage.

Can poured into a Modern Times Beer glass
A: Pours hazy golden amber with a frothy cream white head that settles to a light layer and laces nicely.
S: Plenty of citrus zest and resinous pine, a bit grassy, slightly dank herbal notes, a little tropical and stone fruit buried in there, biscuity malt, and a touch of caramel sweetness.
T: Citrus zest and pith, tons of grapefruit, plus lime, lemon, and tangerine, resinous pine, some tropical and stone fruit hiding behind the pine and citrus bitterness, passion fruit, mango, apricot, peach, and a hint of guava, grassy, slightly dank earthy herbal notes, faint Southern Hem diesel, biscuity malt, and a little caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, slightly creamy.
O: I'm really liking how this hop combo comes together. I'm always a little hesitant with Idaho 7, but that earthy side adds nice depth. My only tweak would be to drop the IBUs a few so all that great fruity flavors come through more, instead of being partly hidden behind a resinous curtain.

I must admit, I usually love beers from MT. This one did not disappoint.
LOOK:
Legit opaque, murky hazy NE style (orange, beige)
SMELL:
Not crazy or very strong, mild fruit, funkiness
TASTE:
Very subdued funky tropical fruits (guava, peach) and
MOUTHFEEL:
Crazy soft, pillowy and billowy, made me want to drink more, great finish, kind of thick and sticky but somehow also dry/easy to clear. Really amazing... I might want more carbonation, but maybe not...just weirdly natural and almost flat, but not in a bad way.
OVERALL:
Funky, soft, soft hoppy tropical....very cool and I LOVE the can art.
I'd buy it again and will try to remember where I got it!
