Pours a very cloudy, opaque golden color with a thick foamy head. Head retention is excellent as is lacing. There are some floating precipitates. Juicy tropical fruit aromas. Mango predominates in its aroma and taste. Nice and juicy and a little on the sweeter side. Medium bodied with mild carbonation. Very nicely done.

Wow! Another solid New England Style/hazy IPA. Thank you Modern Times, I give you lots of money but do so happily.

LOOK:
Thick, opaque light yellow haze. Looks great. Oh, and very little head/foam. Some good lacing.

NOSE/SMELL:
Hoppy, bright zesty nose comes spilling out of the mason jar from which I am imbibing. I get something almost akin to a creaminess, or a softness from the scent. Interesting... Also, stone fruits, some funky berries if you dig your nose in the glass a bit. Bright, green and grassy meets typical NEIPA stone fruitiness. Good ish!

TASTE/FLAVOR:
Follows the nose with bright floral, fruity hops. Very juicy and pretty bitter (60 IBUs on the can, so this is not a typical NEIPA but a more bitter, WC style, in my opinion). I like the bitterness of this beer, it counteracts the softness and creaminess you get on the mouthfeel which is, I might add, quite subtle.

I knew it was hopped with Nelson before checking due to that funky, almost faint garlic flavor which I like. It also has that bright juicy flavor you get with Nelson.

I also detected that "berry" funkiness with dank, juicy grass and lots of citrus, and that's the Mosaic.

I don't know enough about Strata to detect it. I did look it up and found Strata is described as “Passion fruit meets pot.” and it is noted that strata brings layered notes of tropical fruit including "mango, passion fruit, melon, fresh berry/strawberry, and some citrus in the form of grapefruit." Yep, all of that is here in this beer!

MOUTHFEEL:
Medium, almost creamy and somewhat full to medium bodied, but then finishes pretty dry with just a little coating of those hoppy oils, but it's quite clean and nice. Makes you want to take another sip, naturally.

OVERALL:
I love this. It checks all of the boxes for me because I love beers that are bitter but also hazy/soft. It's got a lot of character but isn't overpowering. It's not a session beer and should be treated like liquid, hazy gold.

Nice work again MT! I love your beers!

From a can. Pours an orangey gold with a fluffy head. Smells a bit like a dreamsicle. The taste follows. Naval orange, cream, mango, light hops. A nice, sweet beer.

Poured from a can into a pint glass. Pours hazy orange red with a fluffy white head. Smells of fresh citrus and cream, nice combo. Tastes of creamy citrus and slight floral, nice and refreshing. Beer is light bodied and easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, a very good beer.

16oz can, pours a near-bronze orange with ample haze a small white head. Nelson hops provide a white grape essence in the middle of the body of this one, with a moderately strong malt backbone and a touch of booze, as well as some tropical fruit. Decent, not special but not bad.

Draft at the Handlebar. Orange golden pour, light haze, thin creamy white head, rings of lacing. Aroma is very light, traces of caramel and tropical fruit. Taste is mellow, toffee malts, faint fruity notes. Full bodied, almost creamy feel.
