We thought it’d be a pretty good idea to load massive amounts of Strata, Vic Secret, & Amarillo hops into this hazy marvel. Turns out, we were totally right. This singularly delicious IPA is pillowy soft, with resounding notes of ripe, juicy peach and tropical fruit. Prepare to be delighted.

dope name for a beer, tasty liquid, good to see these guys bouncing back in the idaho market with some draft recently, ive missed their presence here! this is flavorful and fresh, a well made hazy, not green at all, a little denser feeling, but not filling or anything. a juicy and bright hop profile with a lot of layers to it, some curious back end spiciness which makes it linger a little bit, but low on the bitterness overall. kiwi fruit, green apple, green melon, tangerine, and honeysuckle, some herbal freshness, cut flowers, and skittles but without the sweetness, and its cool how the nose translates to the flavor. this has fruit cocktail vibes, and it has a nice underpinning of what must be a hefty dose of wheat malt, its dry but its round and flush too, i think a fine base for all these hop volatiles swirling around. i swear i get just a little white coconut in here too, tropical in that way, and summery, although i could drink this anytime. its not the best modern times ipa i have ever had, they set the bar pretty high in these styles, but its excellent overall and more than anything i am just glad to have them back in the mix, this one brought me great joy!

Pours a dense hazy orange with a smallish white head.
Tropical notes Floral.lemon.some funk.
I pick up some peach and passionfruit. A tinge of lemon too.
Soft light feel.
A nice sipper, not too bitter or sweet.

Can poured into a Modern Times Beer glass
A: Pours hazy golden amber with a frothy off white head that slowly settles to a firm layer and leaves plenty of nice lacing.
S: Dank herbal notes, strawberry, resinous pine, citrus zest, a little underlying tropical and stone fruit, biscuity bready malt, and a touch of caramel sweetness.
T: Resinous, citrus, grapefruit, lemon, lime, and orange, pine, dank herbal notes, underlying tropical and stone fruit, pineapple, underripe strawberry, passion fruit, apricot, mango, peach, and a hint of papaya, biscuity slightly bready malt, faint wheat twang, and just a touch of caramel sweetness.
M: A touch on the lighter side of medium body, moderate carbonation, soft on the palate yet slightly watery on the back end.
O: Drinks like a more assertive West Coast IPA built on a hazy body than the typical juicy style associated with the "Hazy IPA" description. They definitely let Strata do its thing, with the Vic Secret and Amarillo playing nicely as back up singers. Pretty solid if you know what you're in for.

12oz can from Boise Co-op. Hazy golden pour, white foamy head subsides to a thin creamy cap, rings of lacing. Aroma is light citrus, grapefruit. Taste is citrus, fruity, orange peel with a soft mouth feel that ends in a hard bitter bite.

Hazy pale orange with one finger white head. Nose is typical tropical fruit, oranges and peach. Taste follows the nose with peach orange and mango up front with a pale fruit skin bitterness. Body is light to medium with similar carbonation. Ends dry with a lingering peach skin. Overall solid,
