22 oz bomber into a snifter
Definitely a left turn from the Modem Tones, Wizard Blends etc. Still basically a pastry stout, but tons of carob and molasses undertones…and it’s uniquely liquorish. Can’t wait to try other varieties, these will hold up well in my cellar.

Look - Black thick syrup, not rimming lacing or head
Smell -sweet caramel woody and booze
Taste -caramel woody booze with some cocoa and roasty malts
Feel -full body syrup lighter carb
Overall - complex with lots of great balance
