This refreshing beverage is made from Galactic Filaments (A funky Witbier aged in Oak Puncheons). Our barrel wizards allowed this tasty treat to rest on a bed of Pineapple and Orange puree for an extended time. The result is lots of nuanced fruit, citrus, and a nice balance of acidity to make you want another sip.

750 mL bottle into a tulip
Orange-straw colored appearance, quite effervescent...looks like a mimosa. Pour this one out carefully - there's about an 1/8th of an inch of the puree/pulp settled on the bottom of the bottle.
Its bouquet is full of citrus and tropical notes, very orange-y. Tons of acidic aspects...like if you mixed orange juice with lemons and yogurt.
A lot more earthy and oaky on the palate - didn't pick that up an on the nose at all. Citrusy and tropical as expected, but well rounded profile and quite crisp and refreshing on a warm summer night.
Sounds like this one was a lot of work, but if they can make more like these it will be well worth it. The Barrel Boys at MT are a force to be reckoned with.
