Well, we do, and we got super excited about grabbing some Kupu Spirits barrels once our 'Ohana came together. We took a few barrels of Mega Devil's Teeth that had already been resting in Bourbon Barrels for 15 months, racked them into the fresh Kupu Rye and Kupu Bourbon Barrels, and rested them another 9 months. Not content to stop there, we added Macadamia Nuts from Kona, Vanilla from O'ahu and Indonesia, and Idea Machine Coffee from our own Coffee team. This is a straight up Macadamia Vanilla Latte, super chocolate and coffee forward with a drizzle of Macadamia on top. It's rich and delightful.

Well, what can I say here? I was gonna cellar this sucker, but I’m saving too many and out of room. And there’s nothing any further aging is going to add to this masterpiece (not that at 17.1% it would diminish with age, either)
This is perfection in a bottle, and I’ve had em all. The only thing left is if you prefer oak-forward vs cocoa vs vanilla vs maple vs coffee, etc. At this point it’s a matter of preference…there is really not much more to be said.
Interesting that the macadamia aspects were a little more out front when I first opened the brew…as it warmed, the vanilla and coffee opened up.
An unadulterated masterpiece.
