22 oz bomber into a snifter
Of all a Modern Time’s series of BBA’d brews, Mega Devil’s Teeth is probably the most ‘traditional’, or the least ‘pastry’. It’s rich and oaky with strong notes of unsweetened cocoa, tobacco, burnt oak. In that vain, the adjuncts take a back seat to the base flavors, which leads to a similarity between varieties.
This style is more of a go-to than the sweeter, pastry-styles, but reviewing them as independent beers gets a little redundant.
