The undisputed king of Coconut Beer, featuring Tiny Horsey, Ancient Gitzferald, and Elias Butte 18 year barrels. We aged it for 37 months and added a truly insane amount of Coconut – above 60 lbs per barrel.

For perspective’s sake, that equals out to 30 lbs of Coconut in a single full-size keg. It’s over the top, hedonistic amounts, and it’s perfect. It manages to be an onslaught of Coconut but is somehow still balanced and perfectly drinkable. Pure dessert. Liquid Mounds bar. It’s a perfect creation.

Milk chocolate, fleshy raw coconut, and a prominent bourbon barrel nose on this one! Taste follows with a sweet milk chocolate, creamy coconut, and a balanced bourbon barrel finish. The taste is better than the nose on this one. And, although it is sweet, it has a nice and soft mouthfeel to carry all those coconut vibes. It is only missing a touch more barrel on the finish to balance things out IMO. Outside of that, this is a delicious coconut pastryboi!
